Anything that differs between you and your other team members likely causes differences of opinion and sometimes outright conflict. Knowing that respect for these differences often allows higher performance, increased opportunities for improvements, and better decisions. This session addresses how to fully incorporate six diverse thinking styles into any problem solving or decision-making discussion within your team. Up to 30 students Virtual Classes will be a live, Instructor lead class in Zoom for Government, a virtual technical assistant VTA will be available to assist students with any technical issues, take roll, administer evaluations, and distribute certificates of completion.
